Warranty Policy
At Hatronyx, we are committed to delivering high-quality storage and memory solutions. All Hatronyx SSD and RAM products undergo rigorous testing to ensure long-term reliability and performance. This Warranty Policy outlines coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and the process for claiming warranty service.
1. Warranty Coverage Overview
Hatronyx provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all SSD and RAM products sold under the Hatronyx brand.
Warranty begins from the original invoice date of purchase.
Warranty Period
Hatronyx SSD (all capacities): 3 Years Limited Warranty
Hatronyx RAM (all types & capacities): 3 Years to Lifetime Warranty (depending on SKU)
The exact warranty duration for each RAM SKU is printed on the product page or packaging.
2. SKU-Wise Warranty Terms
Hatronyx SSD
Includes SATA, NVMe, M.2, and external SSDs.
Warranty covers:
Controller malfunction
NAND flash defects
PCB or firmware-related failures
Abnormal wear within rated TBW endurance
Performance & Functional Testing
Hatronyx RAM
Includes DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 desktop/laptop memory modules.
Warranty covers:
Memory IC defects
PCB faults
Boot or stability issues caused by manufacturing defects
3. Eligibility for Warranty Claims
To qualify for warranty service:
A valid purchase invoice must be provided
Product must be within the warranty period
Serial number/warranty label must be intact & untampered
Fault must be due to a manufacturing defect
Register your product on the Hatronyx website using the serial number when purchased with a valid invoice
Claims may be delayed or rejected if registration is not completed
4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover:
Physical damage (cracks, burns, bent pins, broken connectors)
Liquid damage, humidity exposure, or corrosion
Electrical surge or unstable power supply damage
Use in unsupported devices or overclocking
Missing or tampered serial number/label
Improper installation or handling
Firmware modification or unauthorized repair
Software issues, OS corruption, or virus-related damage
Data loss or data recovery charges
Cosmetic damage, discoloration, or normal wear
5. Replacement & Repair Policy
Defective units will be repaired or replaced after inspection.
Replacement may be:
A new product
A refurbished but fully tested product
An equivalent or upgraded model if original SKU is unavailable
Processing time after receiving product: 7–14 business days
6. Proof of Purchase Requirements
You must provide:
Valid purchase invoice
Product with readable serial number
Product registration details (serial number + invoice)
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Ensure proper installation and usage
Use compatible systems and proper power supply
Not disassemble, modify, or attempt self-repair
Avoid extreme heat, dust, moisture, or voltage fluctuations
8. Warranty Claim Process
Register your product on the Hatronyx website using the serial number when purchased with a valid invoice.
Email us at rma@hatronyx.com with:
Serial number
Invoice copy
Description of issue
Photos/videos of the fault
Claim verification time: 24–72 hours
Ship the product to the service address provided via email
Hatronyx inspects and processes repair/replacement
Repaired/replaced unit is shipped back to the customer
9. Shipping & Handling Terms
Customer pays for shipping product to service center
Hatronyx covers return shipping after repair/replacement
DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases must be reported within 7 days
10. Manufacturer Liability Limitations
Hatronyx is not responsible for:
Loss of stored data
Third-party repair or diagnosis charges
Compatibility issues with unsupported devices
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (if applicable).
